Nova Health Therapies, Inc. is currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for full time school-based SLP opportunities, working with population with Autism and severe needs in the *Santa Clara County area of California* . The professional will hold a current or be eligible for California State Speech Language Pathologist License or Clinical Fellowship.

*Based on a 185 day school year at 8 hours per day, the range for total compensation is $96,200 to $118,400 plus a $5000 retention bonus.*

*Duties of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)*

* Undertake assessment procedures, techniques, and standardized tests necessary for thorough and accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
* Undertake development and implementation of Individualized Education Plan including initial, annual, triennial and interim plans
* Have knowledge and expertise in Special Education areas.
* Perform all other Speech Pathologist duties as assigned.

*Requirements of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)*

* Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program
* Possess or be eligible for American Speech Hearing Language Association Certificate of Clinical Competence
* Current or eligible for Speech Language Pathologist License or Clinical Fellowship issued by State of Speech and Hearing Board of the State of California
* Experience in specific areas such as language disorders, speech sound disorders, and autism
* Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and techniques of speech-language therapy
