Requirements of the Physical Therapist
We welcome new grads and experienced therapists.
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college.
Current Physical Therapist license in Connecticut.
Familiar with PT EMR's.

Well-established physical therapy practice with multiple locations in NYC and Connecticut is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist for our Darien clinic. This role offers an opportunity to step into leadership while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and energetic environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized, evidence-based care with a manual therapy focus.
Build meaningful patient relationships and treatment plans.
Manage day-to-day operations alongside the Clinic Director.
Supervise and educate support staff.
Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and referral sources.
Mentor students as a Clinical Instructor (if desired).
Qualifications:
Strong manual therapy skills and great communication.
Leadership qualities and willingness to learn and grow.
A strong background in exercise science/personal training and manual techniques is preferred.
The ideal candidate is someone who is a passionate, responsible Physical Therapist that focuses on overall patient care and is looking for growth as a leader and to further develop clinical skills.
