*Job Overview*
Osika and Scarano is a very profitable psychology practice in northern NY which is looking to expand their contracts with various referral agencies to conduct Autism and ADD and Veteran Disability Evaluations in other areas of New York State. At present, Osika and Scarano has offices in Glens Falls and Schenectady, both of which are certified by the National Health Services Corporation to offer a student loan reimbursement contract while employed by us. At present Osika and Scarano employs a team of 16 providers and a stellar 10 member administrative team. This position offers flexible work hours, telehealth, health, dental, paid time off and 401K. Salary is estimated to be at least 150K for full time.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral health screenings for patients of all ages and Veterans.
* Collaborate and coordinate care for patients with complex needs, including those with autism, disabilities, or chronic mental health conditions.
* Utilize some telehealth platforms to deliver remote psychological evaluations when appropriate.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to patient care and confidentiality.
*Qualifications*
* Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
* Valid NYS state licensure as a Psychologist.
* Experience conducting psychological testing and psychological evaluations.
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records management.
* Strong skills in patient assessment and intake procedures.
* Excellent communication skills for working with patients of all ages and Veterans
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in outpatient settings.
