We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You'll provide evaluations, treatments, and care coordination for children and adults with diverse needs-helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.
What You'll Do
* Conduct evaluations and develop functional, measurable treatment plans
* Deliver evidence-based therapy across center and community settings
* Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
* Supervise PTAs, students, and volunteers as needed
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation per Medicare/Medicaid and CARF standards
* Support program growth and participate in quality initiatives
What You Bring
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Licensure in Delaware and/or Maryland
* CPR & First Aid certification (adult/child)
* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
* Experience with diverse age groups and disabilities
* Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
