*About Us:*
Heartland's Hope Mental Health Center provides compassionate outpatient therapy services to individuals and families. We are seeking a bilingual therapist to support our clients and expand access to culturally responsive care in our community.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy in English and Spanish
* Complete mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
* Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
* Collaborate with clinical team members and participate in supervision and team meetings
*Requirements:*
* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
* Active Kansas licensure (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LMSW required; independent licensure preferred)
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Strong communication and engagement skills
* Compassionate and client-centered approach
