We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and licensed *Therapist* to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a forward-thinking, patient-centered practice with a focus on adolescent and adult therapy. You will provide in-person therapy sessions at our new Flemington location, working with patients aged 8 and older who are navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and emotional well-being.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive Bio/Psych/Social evaluations to develop diagnostic impressions and create personalized treatment plans.
* Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to support treatment goals and foster lasting change.
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure integrated care for each patient, including coordination with medical providers and case management services.
* Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to all required standards and regulations.
* Contribute to aftercare planning and discharge processes to support patients' long-term success and smooth transitions.
*What You Bring:*
* *Licensure*: Active New Jersey license to practice
* *Experience*: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to adolescents and adults, with an in-depth understanding of a variety of mental health conditions.
* *Language Skills*: Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
* *Tech-Savvy*: Comfort with telehealth platforms and a willingness to incorporate virtual care when necessary.
* *Availability*: Ability to commit to 35 clinical hours per week.
* *Important Note*: Please be aware, you must have your own Clinical Supervisor.
