* Location - Bemidji, MN - Autumn Hills Senior Living
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Helps ensure service agreements with all new residents are followed
* Affirms that proper systems, policies, and procedures are developed and implemented correctly by unlicensed staff.
* The LPN supervises unlicensed staff's performance of delegated nursing services.
* Collaborates with RN on staff evaluation of staff of delegated nursing services in coordination with the Licensed Assisted Living Director through appropriate documentation and consistent with agency personnel policies.
* Promotes a positive, team approach and a healthy work environment.
* Assist the Licensed Assisted Living Director in regulatory compliance
* Focus on caregiver development
* Some administration duties

*Qualifications:*
* Registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as an LPN, license must be current.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care supervising staff.
* LPN must possess valid Driver's license.
* Good organizational skills with the ability to self-start and follow through with initiatives with a minimal amount of supervision.
* Must be able to pass a DHS background study
