*Position Overview*
We are seeking a talented, professional *Licensed Massage Therapist* to join our spa team on a *per diem basis*. This is a commission-based position offering a flexible schedule-perfect for therapists who wish to practice in a serene, high-end environment without the demands of a full-time commitment.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide exceptional massage therapy services customized to each guest's needs
* Create a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the standard of care at The William Mason House
* Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and readiness for each guest
* Educate guests on Naturopathica products and wellness benefits
* Uphold spa protocols and deliver a consistent, luxury experience
*Qualifications*
* Current Connecticut Massage Therapy License (required)
* Prior experience in luxury spa, hospitality, or wellness settings preferred
* Skilled in a variety of massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, etc.)
* Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
