*Job Title: Registered Nurse*

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across various settings. You'll be at the forefront of healthcare, working collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide comprehensive nursing services. * *Full time Day Shift 6am to 6pm shift available, every other weekend availability. *

*What you'll do*

* Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
* Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate medical records.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
* Utilize advanced technology and EMR systems for efficient documentation and communication.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards.
* Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices.

*Basic qualifications*

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
* Proficiency in IV insertion, medication administration, and basic life support.

*Preferred qualifications*

* Experience with Point Click Care EMR systems.
* Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding practices.
* Background in long term care, or acute care settings.
* Knowledge of hospice & palliative medicine, geriatrics, or behavioral health.
