*Position Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Woodbury team. You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with access to state-of-the-art equipment, cutting-edge treatment approaches, and a diverse caseload. Our practice is committed to empowering both our patients and our clinicians, ensuring you can focus on what matters most-helping people move better and live pain-free.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and functional training.
* Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records in our *AI-powered EMR system* that reduces documentation time by up to 85%.
* Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare professionals, and internal team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
* Contribute to our culture of learning through mentorship, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
* Current New York State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.
