*Position Summary*
Sutton Dental Arts is seeking an early-career, experienced *General Dentist* to join our well-established private practice in *Roseburg, Oregon*. Our exceptional, patient-centered practice has been proudly serving the community for over 30 years and offers a collaborative, professional environment focused on delivering high-quality dental care.

Nestled in the heart of Oregon's wine country, Roseburg is a charming, down-to-earth community with easy access to the coast, mountains, and outdoor recreation. The area offers abundant opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, white-water rafting, and both water and snow skiing - all within a short drive.
*Position Details*
* Begin immediately with three days of clinical dentistry and a full schedule prepared for you.
* Receive on-site mentoring and coaching from a clinician with over 30 years of experience.
* Work in a modern facility equipped with advanced technology, a digital workflow, and a loyal, long-standing patient base.
* Provide comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, implants, IV sedation, and more.
* Serve a diverse patient population across all ages and demographics.
*Compensation and Benefits*
* Competitive compensation: salary or percentage of net collections (negotiable).
* Salary range: *$135,000-$180,000*, with significant potential for growth.
* *$20,000 sign-on bonus* with a two-year contract.
* Complimentary continuing education (CEUs) and *401(k)* benefits.
* Part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time.
* Medical and Dental insurance paired with a health saving account
*Hours of Operation*
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
