The Home Health Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall leadership and management of clinical services. *Minimum**Qualifications*
*Education:*Bachelorsdegreeinnursing(BSN)orrelatedfield(master'sdegree preferred).
*Licensure:*ActiveRegisteredNurse(RN)licenseinthestateofpractice.

*Experience:*3-5yearsinhomehealthcarewith2yearsinaleadershiprole.
*Certifications:*BasicLifeSupport(BLS)certification;OASISandcoding certification preferred.
*Skills:*
Leadershipandteammanagementskills

KnowledgeofMedicare,Medicaid,andstateregulations
ProficiencywithElectronicMedicalRecords(EMR)systems

Excellentcommunication,problem-solving,andtimemanagementabilities

Overseeandmanageclinicalstaff,ensuringallservicesmeetregulatory standards.

Develop,implement,andreviewpatientcareplanstoensurequalitycare delivery.
Monitorcompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalregulations,including Medicare and Joint Commission guidelines.
Coordinatewithinterdisciplinaryteamstoprovidepatient-centeredcare.

Conductregularauditsofclinicaldocumentationandprovidefeedbackto improve care quality.
Manageclinicalbudgetsandensureefficientuseofresources.

Provideleadershipinrecruitment,training,andevaluationofclinicalstaff.

CollaboratewithMarketingandCommunicationstopromoteclinicalservices.

Leadqualityimprovementinitiativestoenhancecareoutcomes.

Serveastheprimarycontactforexternalauditsandcompliancereviews.

Ensurecompliancewiththeorganization'sCodeofConductandallapplicable laws, including HIPAA regulations for the protection of sensitive information.
Performanyadditionaldutiesasassignedtomeettheneedsofthedepartment and organization.
