We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team, serving adolescent youth in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to youth residents with complex emotional and behavioral needs. This position is ideal for a licensed therapist or someone eligible for licensure, who is passionate about working in a residential setting and making a lasting impact on the lives of youth. We believe small caseloads provide the best possible work environment and care for our residents.
*LPC / LMFT / LCSW*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Regularly provides individual, group, and family therapy to youth residents.
* Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders
* Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (psychiatrists, case managers, counselors, etc.) to ensure holistic care.
* Develop therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, problem-solving, and positive behavioral change.
* Creates in individualized treatment plans according to the youths needs and circumstances, adjusting as necessary
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
* Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
* Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients
* Involves and advises family members when appropriate
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
* Licensed or Licensed Eligible in Oklahoma (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
* Experience working with youth in a residential treatment or behavioral health setting is preferred.
* Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-needs environment.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and crisis intervention skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
