*Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)*
*Locations:* Bellevue and Bothell, WA

SPARC Health is a growing pediatric therapy practice serving children and families across King County. We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. We work primarily with children ages 2-8 in our Bellevue and Bothell clinics. All drive time is paid, and mileage is reimbursed.

*What you'll do:*

* Provide evaluations and treatment for children ages 2-8
* Create and follow individualized treatment plans
* Communicate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals
* Complete progress notes and documentation on time
* Collaborate with speech therapists and other team members

*What we're looking for:*

* Licensed Occupational Therapist (WA) or license-eligible
* Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, early intervention, or school-based)
* Strong communication and organization skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Schedule:*

* Full-time or part-time available
* Combination of clinic and occasional off-site visits (all paid)
