ProTailored focuses on creating highly skilled therapists through advanced certifications (accredited ProTailored Manual Therapy and ProTailored Dry Needling programs), ongoing training through monthly professional development, and individualized professional development through a year-long ProTailored Mentorship Program and individual continuing education allowance. On average, ProTailored therapists treat less than 8 patients a day (national average is over 12 patients/day), allowing them to devote the quality time and attention patients need and deserve. Over the past 3 years, ProTailored's therapist turnover rate has been less than 7% (national average is >15%).*
