SMART Pediatric Therapy is a state-of the-art multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center located in the heart of the West Valley in El Mirage (near Surprise, AZ). Our therapy center provides an array of services for both speech and occupational therapy with a strong emphasis in a collaborative treatment approach. *Responsibilities*

* Conduct assessments including our proprietary behavior improvement outcome measure and thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing Ayres Sensory Integration approach.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team to support individuals with autism and other disabilities.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued care.

*Qualifications*

* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Experience in patient care and developing care plans
* Skills in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and discharge planning
* Familiarity with working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism and disabilities
* Pediatric background preferred in various settings such as outpatient clinics and schools
