*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, along with specialized knowledge in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients. Kois trained owner dentist looking to provide buy-in buy-out opportunity for the exceptional candidate. Office is located in the beautiful Colorado Rockies, near Vail and Beaver Creek. Position is PT into FT at 4 days per week.

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
* Utilize advanced dental software such as Dentrix for patient management and medical documentation.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
* Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.
* Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term dental wellness.
* Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best possible care.

*Skills*

* Proficient in dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to the field of dentistry.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy as it pertains to dental procedures and patient care.
* Experience with medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Demonstrated ability in performing dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision.
* Familiarity with dental fabrication processes for prosthetics and other restorative solutions.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
* A commitment to providing compassionate patient care while fostering a positive office environment.
