We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking full-time employment. Our BCBAs must have good communication skills, as you will be the main point of contact for parents.

*We value work/life balance. *BCBAs generally work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm with optional remote work options/ flex days. Each BCBA may be assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 8-10 full-time clients.

Job Description:

* Center is open Monday - Friday
* Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
* Create Individualized, research-based client programs
* Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
* Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
* Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
* Safety Management

Qualifications/Requirements:

* BACB Certification

* Salary $80,000-$95,000/year (depending on experience)
