* A Patient Focus: BRPTherapists work with wide variety of orthopedic cases, using strong manual therapy, advanced corrective exercise techniques and creative HEP programming.
* Professional Growth: BRPTherapists expand clinical skills and knowledge through one-on-one mentorship and ongoing training sessions, as well as personal input on continuing education and development.

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic care preferred.
* Current Wisconsin physical therapy license (BS, MPT, DPT welcome).
* Strong and organized documentation skills.
* Some continuing education including strong manual skills, manual trigger point therapy and functional exercise.
* Proactive team member who is motivated by a collaborative environment and who thrives on the success of both individual and team.
Preferred:
* Private practice experience.
* Continuing education and/or certification: Institute of Physical Art (CFMT), Myopain Seminars (CMTPT), SFMA, NSCA, TPI, etc.
* Manual Trigger Point/Dry Needling certification.
* Specialty/niche practice programming and certification.
