*We are hiring for a Full-Time or Part-Time LPN position to join our Nursing Team. Nursing positions would include a regular weekend and holiday rotation. As a Nurse in our facility, you would oversee the cares and flow of the nursing staff during your shift while completing med administration and treatments. As a leader, this person needs to hold strong communication skills for both family and staff interactions. Pay differentials are offered for Evening and NOC shifts.*
*On an average day, you can expect to:*
* Direct the day to day activities of the Nursing Assistants
* Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration
* Prepare and perform medical treatments as directed by physician.
* Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
* Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer
* Chart and document per facility policy requirements
*Job Requirements:*
* MN LPN License and in good standing on MN Board of Nursing
* Ability to pass a MN background check
* Ability to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation
* Patience, compassion, and organizational skills are a must in our constantly evolving work environment
