We're a *growing, privately owned practice in St. Louis Park, MN*, seeking a talented and enthusiastic *Lead Dental Hygienist* to join our close-knit team!

* Full-time, *Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM*

*Your Role*
As a Lead Dental Hygienist, you'll play a key role in maintaining our patients' oral health and ensuring each visit reflects the quality and compassion our office is known for. We're looking for a *professional, positive, and self-motivated hygienist* who takes pride in both clinical excellence and patient relationships.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide gentle, comprehensive dental hygiene care and patient education
* Take high-quality digital X-rays as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning
* Educate and motivate patients toward completing recommended care
* Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold infection control standards
* Foster a team-focused, collaborative environment
* Lead by example with professionalism and clear communication
* Assist in improving hygiene systems and workflows for efficiency
*Qualifications*
* Current *Minnesota RDH license*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
