*Your Responsibilities*
As a employee, you'll:

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
* Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
* Implement behavior management strategies to support client goals.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
* Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay informed about DSM coding to ensure accurate diagnosis and billing processes.
* Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills.

*Qualifications*
We're seeking experienced mental health professionals who have:

* Relevant experience in outpatient mental health settings, case management, or hospital environments.
* Strong skills in behavior management, patient assessment, and grief or chronic pain counseling.
* A deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and proficiency in DSM/ICD-10 coding.
* Passion for working with diverse populations and a commitment to social justice.
