*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and supporting overall dental health initiatives. This role requires a thorough understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient communication skills, and adherence to infection control protocols. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with dentists and other staff to ensure a positive patient experience in a fast-paced dental clinic environment.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning teeth and removing plaque and tartar buildup using ultrasonic scalers and hand instruments
* Conduct patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and evaluating oral health status
* Assist with chairside procedures such as applying sealants and fluoride treatments.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records.
* Follow infection control protocols including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures in compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Take radiographs as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning

*Qualifications*

* Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification
* Any experience level encouraged to apply.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
