$2500.00 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time

Licensed Practical Nurse Full Time, the Willows/Arbor at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village

Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service oriented candidate to join our Nursing Department Team at the Kroontje Health Care Center in the Willows/Arbor at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of "Fostering a person-centered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement."

* Salary is competitive and based on experience.

* Full Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.

We currently have a Full Time position available on the following shift:

* 6:00pm - 6:30am (3 - 12 hour shifts) with every other weekend shifts.

Compensation:

* Pay rate based on experience. Shift Differential from Monday - Friday from 6:00pm to 6:00am $1.00 per hour and on Saturday's and Sunday's 6:00pm to 6:00am $1.50 per hour.

Requirements:

* A valid LPN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

Preferences:

* One to three years of previous experience in Assisted Living or a long-term care setting is preferred, but not required.
