About Us
Restore Muscle and Joint is expanding into Colorado and seeking an *experienced, independent Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)* to join our new outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Westminster. This position is ideal for a confident PTA who thrives working independently and is passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
We specialize in treating federal workers' compensation patients, including those covered under the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and other federal agencies. Our clinic emphasizes precise documentation, outcome-driven care, and full integration with referring providers to deliver the highest standard of rehab services.

What You'll Do
* Independently treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on federal work-related injuries
* Carry out treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists while exercising strong clinical judgment in day-to-day patient care
* Document thoroughly in accordance with DOL and clinic requirements
* Communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and case managers
* Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional progression
* Maintain a clean and compliant clinical environment
* Participate in ongoing training related to federal documentation and protocol adherence
What You Bring
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
* Licensed PTA in Colorado
* *Minimum 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic or workers' compensation experience required*
* Strong ability to work independently with confidence
* Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
* *This is not a new graduate position*
