Make a difference in K-12 students' lives while living and working in Jackson Hole at the base of the Tetons. C-V Ranch, in Wilson, WY, is a residential treatment facility and public school that serves students (approximately ages 8-21) with significant social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. C-V Ranch is a Trauma-Informed facility and practices DBT, Love & Logic, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Handle With Care. The therapist also provides family therapy; crisis management services, including crisis intervention; behavior plans, and develops safety plans. Works as a member of a multidisciplinary team (teachers, residential staff, SLP, OT, relevant stakeholders). Ensures social-emotional needs of students are met by involving students, districts, DFS, and families in care planning and encouraging their participation in treatment. Completes mandatory documentation and evaluation reports and records within timelines established by applicable regulations. Position includes monthly on-call responsibilities, which are shared with other clinical team members.
Qualified applicants must have a Master's degree Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent, and possess a license to practice in Wyoming (State Board or PTSB).
Position is contracted for approximately 225 days per year.
Salary dependent upon experience and education.
