We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about patient education, values attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a collaborative dental team. *Key Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing.
* Conduct periodontal charting and assessments.
* Take and interpret dental radiographs as needed.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
* Assist the dentist in evaluating oral health conditions.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Adhere to OSHA and infection control standards.
*Qualifications*
* Current *Nevada RDH license* in good standing.
* CPR certification (required).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Experience with digital charting and X-rays (Curve Hero experience a plus).
* Laser certification a plus
