MGA Homecare has been providing Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nursing Visits, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services within the home and community-based setting for over a decade. In 2022 MGA has opened its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Overview
What You'll Do
Provide skilled, compassionate therapy for children from birth to 21 with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Work closely with families to teach strategies that support progress at home.
Keep accurate and timely documentation to ensure quality care.
Collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team to guide each child's journey.

Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Texas Occupational Therapy License.
New graduates are welcome - mentorship and training available!
CPR Certification.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
COTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
