*Big Sky Physical Therapy* is currently hiring *licensed physical therapists* for our clinic in McMinnville, Or.

*Who we are: *Our physical therapists are skilled in a variety of specialties and continually furthering their education to expand their knowledge and skills. We treat a wide variety of conditions, from workman's comp to pelvic floor to lymphedema to sports injuries, and more. Big Sky Physical Therapy exists due to the passion and vision of a local physical therapist that saw a need in our community to provide skilled care to a wide variety of patients. The result is patient care that exceeds our competition and puts the needs of our patients first. *Position Overview:* We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing outpatient therapy services. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. *Key Responsibilities:*

* Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
* Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities.
* Educate patients and their families on home exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
* Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
* Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

*Qualifications:*

* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate or Master's level).
* Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain one).
* Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
* Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

*Starting Base Pay Range: *$78,000 - $85,000 per year
