*Job Summary*
Description
* Production incentive, volume-based, excellent opportunity!
* Full-time exempt position (80 hours/2-week pay period)
* Benefits eligible, PTO, IPERS
* Contract, Monday-Friday and as needed
* Enhancing, protecting, or restoring people's capacity of social functioning and includes the application of social work methods and values in evaluating personal and family problems and relationships
* Assisting persons and families with adjustment problems and reaching appropriate decisions about their lives and counseling emotionally distressed individuals and families.
* Individual assessment and psychotherapy, group therapy, marital/parental therapy
* Participate in the establishment of quality improvements that affect all areas of patient care.
* Will also consider LMHC or LMFT
* *Required: *Master's Degree of Social Work
* *Required: *Minimum two years in the activities of the practice of social work
* *Required: *Must be experienced with Microsoft Office products and Electronic Health Record Systems
* *Required: *Current license issued by the State of Iowa Department of Health.
