*Retail Staff Pharmacist*

*What You'll Do*

* Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care at one or multiple pharmacy locations within your region.
* Accurately dispense medications, verify prescriptions, and maintain meticulous records.
* Provide meaningful patient counseling on medications, side effects, and overall health management.
* Collaborate with providers and care teams to improve patient outcomes and advance wellness initiatives.
* Guide and support pharmacy technicians, ensuring quality and compliance in all operations.
* Step in as the pharmacist-in-charge when needed, keeping operations running smoothly.
* Manage inventory, oversee regulatory compliance, and stay current with evolving pharmacy laws and best practices.
* Conduct health screenings, administer vaccinations, and promote preventative care.
* Share your knowledge of wellness, nutrition, and self-care with patients and staff.
* Travel within your assigned region (up to 100 miles) with mileage reimbursement provided.

*What We're Looking For*

*Required:*

* Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program.
* Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Wisconsin.
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and regulations.
* Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in diverse environments.
* Comfort with Google Workspace and pharmacy systems (e.g., PioneerRX).

*Preferred:*

* 1+ years of pharmacy experience.
* Certification in immunization administration.
* Experience with MTM (Medication Therapy Management) and MedSync.
