Grassland Surgery Center is a brand new, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Franklin, TN specializing in *cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery*. We are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and compassionate surgical care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
*Position Summary*
We are seeking a skilled *Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA)* to join our surgical team. The CSFA plays a critical role in providing intraoperative assistance, anticipating surgeon needs, and supporting efficient case turnover in a fast-paced ASC setting.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, suturing, and wound closure
* Anticipate surgeon's needs and support smooth case flow
* Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and OR setup
* Support safe, efficient turnovers while maintaining sterility
* Contribute to cost-conscious supply usage and process improvement
*Required Experience*
* High School Diploma/GED
* Completion of a Surgical Technician Program.
* NBSTSA Surgical First Assistant Certification required.
* Two years of Certified Surgical First Assistant experience ( Plastic surgery preferred)
* BLS, ACLS, PALS (completed upon hire)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
