*YOUR ROLE & IMPACT*

As Clinical Director, you will:

*Lead & Develop the Clinical Team*

* Onboard, coach, and mentor PTs and PTAs
* Conduct weekly 1:1s and performance reviews
* Elevate clinical skill and patient care consistency

*Drive Clinical & Operational Performance*

* Maintain high patient outcomes and plan of care completion
* Ensure documentation & compliance standards
* Monitor and improve clinic KPIs:

*- Schedule Efficiency*

*- Revenue Per Visit*

*- Units Per Visit*

*- Plan of Care Completion %*

*Contribute to Growth*

* Support referral and community engagement
* Ensure strong patient experience and retention
* Help fill expansion space (scaling into 6,500+ sq ft)

*COMPENSATION & BENEFITS*

* Base Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 (commensurate with experience)
* Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually

*REQUIREMENTS*

* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
* Active Ohio PT License (or ability to obtain)
* Minimum 3 years outpatient clinical experience
* Prior mentorship or leadership experience
* Strong communication and coaching ability
