*Responsibilities*

* Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports/work-related injuries
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes
* Educate patients on injury prevention and self-care strategies
* Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development

*Qualifications*

* Graduate of an accredited U.S. Physical Therapy program
* Washington State license (or Compact-eligible) required
* Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred - new grads welcome!
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

*Compensation & Schedule*

* *Salary:* $90,000 - $115,000/year, based on experience and qualifications
* *Schedule:* Full-time, Monday-Friday (no weekends)
* *Patient Care:* One-on-one treatment sessions
