*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.
*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
* Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
* Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
* Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral interventions and strategies.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Stay current with best practices in the field of behavioral health and special education.
*Experience*
* A minimum of a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
* Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
* Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
* Proficiency in data collection methods and behavioral assessment techniques.
* Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care practices, and medical documentation standards.

Pay: $86,793.89 - $104,525.98 per year
