*Responsibilities: *
* Dispense routine respiratory care modalities.
* Perform diagnostic testing (ECGs, PFTs, Holter Monitors, etc.).
* Manage oxygen therapy setup, monitoring, and documentation.
* Clean, reassemble, and quality-check respiratory equipment.
* Document all patient care accurately and completely.
* Order department supplies and handles compressed gases safely.
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop patient care plans.
* Set up home sleep studies.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications: *
*Licensure/Certification: *
* NBRC credentials and Wyoming licensure as a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist.
* CPR certification required.
* ACLS, NRP, and PALS within 6 months of employment.
*Education: *
* RRT: Bachelor's Degree
* Experience: Previous experience preferred.
*Skills & Abilities: *
* Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Working Conditions: *
* Hospital environment with exposure to blood/body fluids, communicable diseases, and occasional handling of sharp objects.
* Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting to 50 lbs., and fine hand-eye coordination.
