*Position Objective: *CORE Professional Services, P.A. is currently looking for a Mental Health Professional to provide therapeutic services to individuals seeking therapy to address mental health symptoms.

*Duties & Responsibilities:*

* Completion of diagnostic assessments
* Completion of treatment intake sessions
* Facilitate group and individual therapy
* Willingness to treat a variety of mental health disorders via individual therapy that will occur in person and telehealth sessions in accordance with the Department of Human Services and Department of Corrections best practice requirements
* Create individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs utilizing evidence-based practice, and quarterly review of treatment plans
* Organize and facilitate staffing sessions to assure a collaborative approach to client care
* Completion of timely documentation included but not limited to progress notations, consultations with collateral sources, and progress letters
* Attend monthly staff meeting, as well as weekly consultation groups

*Qualifications:*

Holds a Minnesota Licensure in one of the following areas:

* Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
* Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Applicants whom hold a master's degree in a behavioral science program, working toward licensure, will be considered.

*Skills & Abilities:*

* High levels of organization and has the necessary motivation to complete tasks in a timely manner, as well as a willingness to learn information consistently to improve skills
* Value a team approach to client care and work well with others
* Proven self-starter who can generalize information and use resources to problem-solve.
* Ability to be an effective and direct communicator (verbally and in writing) with referral sources and others within the agency
* Ability to utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
* Knowledgeable about, and follows through with, ethical and legal requirements
* Willingness to learn and seek information when confronted with difficult/new situations

*Salary Range: *$53,000-$65,000 based on experience
