*About the Role*

Zack Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our hospital and outpatient rehab team in Tulsa, OK. This position offers a dynamic mix of acute care, inpatient, and outpatient caseloads, providing an excellent opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and enhance your clinical experience.

As an SLP with us, you will conduct evaluations, provide evidence-based treatments, educate patients and families, and complete thorough documentation-all while collaborating closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety and want to make a meaningful impact across multiple settings.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
* Provide patient and caregiver education
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing, PT/OT, and other team members
* Support both hospital and outpatient therapy services

*Qualifications*

* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active Oklahoma SLP license (or eligibility)
* CCC-SLP
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
