We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. *Responsibilities*

* Perform thorough patient assessments by monitoring vital signs, conducting physical examinations, and evaluating patient needs using physiology knowledge and medical terminology.
* Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following strict protocols to ensure safety and efficacy.
* Manage complex care procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, ventilator management, and wound suturing with precision and aseptic technique.
* Document all patient interactions accurately in Point Click Care while adhering to HIPAA regulations for medical documentation and medical records confidentiality.
* Assist with diagnostic evaluations including specimen collection/processing, medical imaging coordination, and laboratory testing to support accurate diagnoses.
* Provide specialized care for patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, memory care needs, or behavioral health conditions with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Support acute pain management strategies and participate in case management activities to optimize patient outcomes across inpatient and outpatient settings.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in emergency medicine, ICU, trauma centers (Level I & II), pediatric units like PICU or neonatal ventilator care, and post-acute care environments such as hospice or home & community care.
* Educate patients and their families on health coaching topics like nutrition, discharge planning, family planning, or occupational health to promote ongoing wellness.
* Maintain sterile processing standards during procedures such as venipuncture, phlebotomy, catheter care, or suturing while ensuring infection control practices are followed diligently.
* Support emergency airway management techniques including airway clearance procedures or use of advanced equipment like ventilators when needed.

*Experience*
Candidates should demonstrate extensive experience working with diverse patient populations in various healthcare settings. Ideal candidates will have prior exposure to critical care environments such as ICU or trauma centers (Level I & II), hospital medicine units including medical-surgical floors or emergency rooms (ER), as well as long-term care facilities like nursing homes or assisted living communities. Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is essential for efficient documentation. Additional valuable experience includes working with specialized populations such as pediatrics (including neonatal ventilator), geriatrics (memory/dementia care), behavioral health patients, individuals with developmental disabilities or infectious disease management. Certification in basic life support (BLS) is required; additional certifications like IV infusion training or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) are preferred.
