To provide person-centered recovery programs and compassionate care in a home-like environment.

*Program Description: *Hospitality House is an intensive residential treatment program for substance use disorder licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports. We are dedicated to the goal of reducing the negative impacts of addiction through personal growth and change. The program serves men over the age of 18, and is predicated on evidence-based treatment. Hospitality House is currently inviting applications for a full-time Clinical Supervisor. Hospitality House is a 45-bed program and treatment is voluntary.

*Position Overview: *The Clinical Supervisor is a leadership position within Hospitality House. The position is more than just providing individual and group supervision with MSW's, and MHCs. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with a multidisciplinary team comprised of nurses, peers, fiscal, and administrative staff to provide client with excellent care.

*Duties and responsibilities:*

As a *Clinical Supervisor*, you will:

* Provide weekly individual and group supervision to all clinical staff members (MSWs and MHCs)
* Assist with the development and documentation of client-centric treatment, trauma informed, and other service plans.
* Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for individuals and groups as clinically indicated.
* Help develop and maintain programmatic structure for clients
* Oversee delivery of clinical services
* Review admissions and provide input on counselor assignments
* *Meet with clients* to discuss treatment goals, trauma, mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges.
* *Collaborate* with clients, their support systems, legal referents, community resources, and our multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
* *Manage a caseload* of 2-4 clients, with individual sessions held at least once per week.
* *Facilitate 1-2 group therapy sessions* per week.

*Minimum qualifications*: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Potential candidates have a Master-level degree with New York State Clinical Licensure in social work. Experience in a supervisory/management position preferred. Experience in substance use, or mental health field is preferred. Candidates must display strong writing and verbal skills and be prepared to submit a comprehensive writing sample.
