*Our hospice team is looking for a Licensed Occupational Therapist to be contracted. The role is primarily focused on face-to-face encounters with home-bound patients*

*The team offers mileage reimbursement, an efficient process, scheduling based on your availability, and a well supportive team managed by the Director of Clinical Services and Medical Director.*
*This position is ideal for someone with another practice or is looking for a part time flexible position.*

*JOB SUMMARY:*

An Occupational Therapist helps develop, recover or maintain skills needed for daily living

*Education:* Degree in Occupational therapy

*Licensure:* Current State License as an Occupational Therapist, current State Driver's License

*Experience*: 6 months - 2 years preferably, but new grads are welcome.

*Skills:* Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted

*Transportation:* Reliable transportation and valid and current auto liability insurance.

*Environmental and Working Conditions*: Will go to the patients either in the facilities or patient's homes in various conditions; possible exposure to blood and bodily fluids and infectious diseases; ability to work a flexible schedule; ability to travel locally; some exposure to unpleasant weather conditions.
