*The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center* is looking for a full-time, experienced *LPN *to work in our _*Cookeville *_office. _Must be willing to work in McMinnville and/or Crossville office as needed. Travel and mileage paid. 1/2 day Saturday rotation in Mt. Juliet (every 4 - 6 weeks)_

_*Duties include but are not limited to:*_

*record vital signs of patients and obtain medical history*

*assist the physician and/or nurse practitioner as needed*

*perform skin testing*

*administer allergy injections*

*handle phone nursing when appropriate, including triaging, calling in prescriptions, etc.*

.*maintain stocked, neat and clean exam rooms and common work areas daily*

*adhere to established practice policies and procedures and follow state and federal regulations*

*maintain strictest confidentiality, both internally and externally*

*perform all other duties assigned by supervisor, physician or management team*

Experience with electronic medical records system required.

Hospital or medical office experience required.

*eCw (eClinicalWorks)*experience preferred
