This opportunity is for a Clinical Psychologist seeking the flexibility and autonomy of independent contract work with highly competitive compensation. However, we will consider an applicant who has completed all educational requirements and is prelicensure.
We are seeking a contract/PRN Clinical Psychologist to provide specialized, high-integrity psychometric testing services. This role is critical to informing complex diagnostic formulations and evidence-based treatment planning for our diverse client population. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for the administration, scoring, interpretation, and reporting of standardized psychological assessments, primarily focusing on personality and cognitive measures.
*SCOPE OF WORK:*
* Assessment & evaluation: conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, primarily focused on personality assessment, emotional functioning, cognitive patterns, and behavioral issues.
* Test administration & interpretation: administer, score, and interpret standardized, empirically validated instruments. Provision of feedback.
* Report generation: produce clear, comprehensive, defensible, and clinically actionable psychological reports within specified contractual turnaround times (KPIs apply). Reports must thoroughly integrate history, collateral data, test results (including validity indices), clear*/*diagnostic findings, and detailed treatment recommendations.
* Collaboration: effectively communicate, collaborate and consult with our multidisciplinary team (MDs, LCSWs, Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Therapists) to present assessment findings and coordinate overall treatment efforts.
* Documentation: maintain strict compliance with all ethical, legal, and clinical documentation standards.
*REQUIRED CREDENTIALS/SKILLS:*
* Must hold a current, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) OR have a minimum of one (1) year of experience conducting assessments, has completed all educational requirements and is prelicensure.
* Completion of a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-approved program in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology is _*mandatory*_.
* Demonstrated advanced expertise in administering and interpreting complex, standardized personality assessments and utilizing associated computer-based scoring and reporting systems.
* Proven competency in professional documentation, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, comprehensive treatment planning, and behavior assessment and analysis.
