*Job Overview*
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping improve the quality of life for the children and families we serve in our modern clinic and in the community-based setting. You will work directly with children and caregivers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy interventions.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct high-quality, thorough patient evaluations
- Develop fun and engaging individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each child and their family
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
- Collaborate with our team of Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Developmental Therapists to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for healthy development
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
*Qualifications:*
-Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and families of various backgrounds
-Effective oral and written communication skills
-Basic computers skills necessary for electronic documentation
-Ability to read and follow policies, processes, and procedures
-Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
-Maintain regular and punctual attendance
-Ability to handle physical workload
-A passion for working with children
