*Position Overview*

As our employed BCBA you'll be responsible for:

* Supervising up to 10 clients independently
* Student Analysts available to assist with non-billable duties
* Supporting and mentoring team members to uphold best practices and high-quality ABA services
* Contributing to our company's mission and growth while developing leadership skills for future opportunities

*Who We're Looking For*

* Active BCBA certification
* Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for making an impact and contributing to a collaborative, purpose-driven team
