We're seeking a motivated, compassionate DVM who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care and client service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide high-quality medical, surgical and diagnostic care for dogs, cats, and
* Conduct wellness exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and follow up cases with clarity and compassion
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians, support staff and leadership to uphold top-tier standards
* Educate and communicate with pet owners regarding treatment plans, preventive care, and best practices
* Participate in hospital culture, mentor staff, and help drive continual improvement in patient experience

*Ideal Candidate Qualifications*

* DVM (or equivalent) degree from an accredited institution
* California veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
* Strong clinical and surgical competency
* Comfortable with small animals - and ideally exotics/herp/pocket pets exposure
* Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
* A compassionate, client-focused approach and a genuine love for animals
