General Dentist Associate - Integrative Dental Care

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent patient care, diagnostic skills and dental procedural skills. This is a unique opportunity to also be trained and mentored one on one in a safe space for many advanced dental procedures including guided implant placement, digital restorative workflow including same day crowns with our in house milling units, biological dentistry including the use of Ozone and PRP, and sleep dentistry to treat sleep apnea. Our offices have the following technology:
* iTero digital scanners
* In house milling units for same day crowns/inlays/onlays
* CBCT
* Biohorizons Implant system including Guided Surgery kits
* WaveOne Endo system
* Ozone machine/ozone therapy
* PRP including centrifuge
* Intraoral cameras and large screens in very room for patient communication
* Eaglesoft Dental Software
* 60% Private insurance and 40% FFS practice
Our dentist's have invested in extensive CE and mentorship programs over the past 12 years. We will mentor an associate, one on one, on the above advanced clinical dentistry procedures and treatment planning. We can also mentor on our workflow and verbage we use to discuss and educate and motivate patients to move forward with treatment.
We utilize our iTero's for patient education including annual dental wellness scans. We build strong and lasting relationships with our patients in order to improve their oral and overall health. The associate dentist should be a great communicator and should provide dental services with compassion and integrity.

* *35% Collections: Bonus Structure Tier- Pay can increase to $450,000 +*

Requirements:
* Vermont State Dental License, DDS or DMD
* 2 years private practice experience preferred

Pay: $220,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
