*Position Overview*

*Full time 40 hours/week*
We are seeking a *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* to provide clinical services, oversee Positive Behavior Support (PBS) principles across the agency, and help advance our commitment to program excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence agency-wide practice, support staff development, and contribute to the growth of innovative services.

*Essential Functions*

* Provide clinical services to individuals in Grow's programs.
* Oversee the application of PBS principles across the agency.
* Lead the implementation of the RBT certification program, including BCBA supervision for staff.
* Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and community partners.
* Support organizational growth and program expansion initiatives.

*Qualifications*

* Master's degree with Board Certification in Behavior Analysis required.
* Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in the field of ABA.
* Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a culturally diverse population.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate documentation and data recording.

*Schedule & Compensation*

* *Job Type: *Full-time (40 hours/week, Daytime hours)
* *Salary:* starting at $75,000
