*Position Summary:*

*Key Position Details:*

* 0.0 FTE or 0.6 FTE available (casual or 48 hours per two-week pay period)
* 8-hour day shifts
* Depending on FTE may have occasional weekends
* No major holidays

*Required Qualification*

* Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited program

*Licenses/Certifications*

* Licensed Physical Therapist - MN State Board of Physical Therapy required if providing services in MN upon hire
* BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required by completion of orientation
* Valid Driver's License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver's license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment

*Pay Range*

Pay Range: $44.88 to $58.08 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
