* Is confident leading process groups, individual, and family therapy sessions
* Can juggle multiple client-centered treatment plans with ease
* Has a strong understanding of mental health treatment practices
* Holds a current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or similar) - _clinical supervision provided_
* Background in addiction and/or mental health preferred
